Quizzes are created using AI to identify key trends from top industry news sources including AdExchanger, Digiday, The Drum, Beet.TV, AdWeek, Marketecture, and more.Jointed is a comprehensive property management tool for commercial real estate. Backstory: While building my startup, I was helping my dad with his property management business. I quickly realized his mix of spreadsheets + dropboxes were disjointed. I decided to build “Jointed” as a way to unify all his properties, tenants, leases, preferred vendors, and expenses.Consent With Memes – the most transparent CMP ever created that also helps collect emails. Here’s how it works: 1.) User visits site, greeted by a meme 2.) Meme explains why their email is worth money. 3.) User laughs, gives email, & consents to ads 4.) User’s choice is stored in publisher’s DB + user’s localStorage for persistence 5.) Publisher makes more money and shows the user fewer ads. Built with Next.js, React, Supabase, localStorage.
